The Natural History Museum of the Lesvos Petrified Forest invites all of its young friends and their families, to became Young Explores and take part in thematic research expeditions, full of educational activities and games.

Download all the materials of the educational activity and then it’s time to start exploring. You can play games, draw, solve puzzles, answer quizzes and discover the secrets of our planet.

In this research expedition our young friends will become Young Pleontologists.

Your first expedition as Young Palaeontologists is to discover the Petrified Forest of Lesvos. Search for information on the Petrified Forest of Lesvos, fill in the educational activities sheet and make your own drawings.

Once you have completed your activities and your drawings you can send them along with your first name, your age and your parents’ approval to the e-mail of the Natural History Museum of the Lesvos Petrified Forest (lesvospf@otenet.gr) and we will post it on facebook.
